Our PSP Bonuses Are Coming!
Our Performance Sharing Program (PSP) bonuses are coming to hardworking Kaiser union members..and we want to make sure you know that we EARNED these bonuses!
As part of our National Agreement, our union bargained an excellent incentive program that allows us to work together and be rewarded for our work in accomplishing our regional goals.
Our PSP bonuses aren’t a handout from Kaiser. And management isn’t just “giving” us these bonuses out of the goodness of their hearts. Our union fought to win this incentive and bargained it into our contracts. We deserve it!

U.S. Government Sides with Unions, Says Kaiser Broke the Law

The federal government has issued an indictment against Kaiser Permanente for breaking the law by withdrawing from National Bargaining with the 85,000 members of the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions and trying to force workers to give up their power to speak up for patients and our communities as a precondition of bargaining.
